Franck Adonis Malan

Franck Adonis Malan is an Associate Professor and an associate member of the EDEHN Economic Research Laboratory (EA 7263) at the University of Le Havre Normandy. He is affiliated with the Faculty of International Affairs and contributes to the lab's core research theme of Economic Analysis of Public Policies. His work addresses areas such as development economics, labor markets, and public policy evaluation.

He co-supervised the thesis of Jérémy PANTET, titled 'The labor market for political decision-makers: an analysis of political careers,' defended in December 2017.
