Francine Staba

Francine Staba serves as Dean of the Student Success Center at Alfred State (SUNY College of Technology at Alfred) since 1994, where she has held roles including Department Chair (2007-2015) and Coordinator of Internships. She earned a BS in Business Administration/Marketing from Bloomsburg University (1988) and an MBA from Alfred University (1999). As an Associate Professor in the Business Technology Department, she teaches human resources management, organizational behavior, and marketing courses, emphasizing structured expectations and real-world applications through her industry experience at Dresser-Rand Company and educational leadership roles.
