Francine Rothenstein

Francine Rothenstein is an Adjunct Professor at Yeshiva University's Sy Syms School of Business, teaching accounting and auditing courses. She holds an MBA and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York State since 1981.

With over 30 years of professional experience, she retired as Executive Director from Ernst & Young after directing accounting/auditing tools and authoring technical guidance publications. Previous roles include auditor at Deloitte Haskins & Sells and accounting policy specialist at Chase Manhattan Bank (10 years).

Her pedagogical expertise includes Advanced Auditing and Contemporary Accounting Topics, developed through concurrent lecturing at Baruch College during her EY tenure.
