Francesco Costamagna

Francesco Costamagna is a Full Professor at the Department of Law of the University of Turin, specializing in European Union Law with a focus on socio-economic dimensions. His research spans EU legal frameworks addressing climate justice, regulatory competition, social rights, and economic governance.
