Francesco Bosello is an Associate Professor of Economics at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and a Principal Scientist at the Euro-Mediterranean Centre on Climate Change (CMCC), where he leads the Economic Analysis of Climate Impacts and Policy division. He also serves as Deputy Director of the European Institute on Economics and the Environment (EIEE), a joint initiative with Resources for the Future. His roles include advancing climate policy research and integrating economic models with environmental sustainability.

Prior roles include Associate Professor at the University of Milan and affiliation with Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM). He collaborates on projects like the water-energy-food nexus in computable general equilibrium modeling and decision-support tools for climate resilience against infectious diseases.
