Francesca Neonato is a Visiting Professor at the Polytechnic of Milan, where she teaches Applied Botany in Landscape Design Studio and contributes to the postgraduate course in Healing Gardens. As founding partner of PN Studio PROGETTO NATURA, she specializes in environmental consultancy and landscape design with international experience in parks, green infrastructure, ecological networks, regenerative agriculture, and landscape restoration.
Neonato has developed specialized expertise in therapeutic landscape design, particularly Healing Gardens for healthcare environments. She is an active member of the Italian Association of Landscape Architecture (AIAPP) and holds leadership positions in international organizations, serving as Chair of IFLA Europe's Working Group on Agricultural Landscapes and European representative for IFLA World's Working Group on Landscape & Agriculture.
