Francesca Iannarilli is a Contract Lecturer at the Department of Humanities, Ca' Foscari University of Venice, and a Professor of Egyptology at the Interuniversity School of Specialization in Archaeological Heritage (SISBA) since 2023. She serves as field director of the Italian Archaeological Mission in Sudan at Jebel Barkal, with a scientific qualification as associate professor in sector 10/N1 (2024-2035). Her work bridges Egyptology, Sudanese archaeology, and cultural heritage conservation.
