Professor Florian Loyal holds the Chair of Civil Law and Civil Procedure Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Leipzig, where he has served as University Professor since April 2022. He currently acts as Managing Director of the Institute for Civil Procedure and Lawyers' Law, serves on the Board of the Institute for the Foundations of Law, and is a Member of the Advisory Board of ELSA-Leipzig eV.
