Florian Bode

Florian Bode is a Research Associate at the Institute under Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Reinhard Zimmermann since 2023. He studied law at Bucerius Law School (2017–2023) and conducted research at Gonville & Caius College, University of Cambridge (Michaelmas term 2019). His doctoral thesis explores liability between neighbours in English and German private law (working title: ‘Nachbarrechte als remedial rights’).
