Florence Baron is a lecturer in microbiology and food hygiene at the Institut Agro Rennes-Angers, affiliated with the Department of Animal Production, Agrifood, Nutrition (P3AN) and the UMR STLO (Science & Technology of Milk & Eggs) research unit.
