Fiona Russo

Dr. Fiona Russo is a Senior Lecturer in Business at the University of Southern Queensland's School of Business, based at the Springfield Campus. She holds an MBA from Southern Cross University and a PhD from USQ. Her expertise centers on consumer engagement in health service planning and community involvement in health research, with additional focus on organizational behavior and corporate social responsibility.

Dr. Russo serves in advisory roles including Chair of the Family Centred Care Committee at Children's Health Queensland and membership in Genomics Australia's Involve Australia Working Group. Her research addresses stakeholder engagement in health systems and public sector management.
