Associate Professor Fiona Robinson is co-head of the General Practice Clinical School and specialty of General Practice at the University of Sydney. She leads the General Practice curriculum within the Sydney Medical School's MD program, overseeing its delivery across urban and rural NSW. She also heads the General Practice department at RNSH and serves as medical director of the NSLHD Virtual Care Service. With over 25 years in northern Sydney clinical practice, her work focuses on medication safety, deprescribing, virtual care models, and chronic disease management.
- Qualifications: MBBS, FRACGP, MMEd, DipNutr, FASLM
Her research explores medication safety during hospital-to-community transitions and digital healthcare innovations. Recent grants include studies on virtual care in residential aged care and systems-based medication review improvements.
