Dr. Filipa Palha is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Education and Psychology, Catholic University of Portugal. She is also the founding president of ENCONTRAR+SE, an association for mental health advocacy, and the Portuguese Alliance for Mental Health Promotion in the Workplace. Her research focuses on mental health policies, stigma reduction, and psychosocial rehabilitation, with particular emphasis on institutionalized patients and workplace environments.
