Fern Tiger

Fern Tiger is a Professor in Urban Studies at the University of Washington Tacoma. She is also the founder of Fern Tiger Associates (FTA), a consulting firm that has supported over 150 nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and foundations working for social change for more than 30 years.
