Dr Fern Davies is a Senior Lecturer in the Strategic Operations and Analytics group at Swansea University's School of Management, part of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. She holds a BSc in Business Management and a PhD in CSR within SMEs. Previously, she served as a Project Manager at Swansea University Medical School, supporting innovation in health, renewable energy, and SME growth sectors across Wales and Ireland. She is currently enrolled in a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education Development and co-organizes the MSc Dissertation module. Her research focuses on innovation ecosystems, CSR, and strategic management, with notable collaborations involving Sport Wales and the Federation of Small Businesses.
