Ferdinando Fioretto

Ferdinando Fioretto is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the University of Virginia, leading the Responsible AI for Science and Engineering (RAISE) group. His research focuses on foundational challenges in AI, privacy, fairness, and the intersection of machine learning and optimization. He holds a dual PhD in Computer Science from the University of Udine and New Mexico State University.
