Feray Yentür

Feray Yentür is a current academic staff member at the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, İzmir Katip Çelebi University, Turkey. She holds a doctoral degree (2022) and a master’s degree (2015) in Tourism Management from the same institution. Prior to her academic career, she gained extensive professional experience in international hospitality and tourism sectors, including roles at Hilton Hotels, Öger Tours, Groupe Marmara, Club Med, and an internship at Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort, Florida (2002-2004).

Research Interests: Tourism management, marketing, and guidance; gastronomy tourism; food and beverage management; restaurant and banquet operations; gastronomy terminology. Her work focuses on the intersection of tourism product differentiation and gastronomic experiences.

Publications: A 2022 article analyzing travel agencies' attitudes toward gastronomy tourism in İzmir, Turkey, highlights her engagement with gastronomic tourism dynamics.
