Felip Alba Cladera

Felip Alba Cladera is a Professor of Procedural Law at the Faculty of Law, University of the Balearic Islands, where he serves as vice dean. Based in office DA232 on the second floor of the Gaspar Melchor de Jovellanos building, he maintains an active teaching and administrative role at the institution.

Professor Alba Cladera is a member of the Dret i Intel·ligència Artificial (DRIA) research group, demonstrating his engagement with emerging technologies in legal contexts. He teaches International Civil Procedural Law, Civil Declaration Process, and related subjects across multiple campuses including Mallorca, Ibiza, and Menorca.

As vice dean, he holds significant administrative responsibilities alongside his teaching duties, which include courses for Law degrees, double degrees in Business Administration and Law, and the Master's Degree in Advocacy and Procuratorship.
