Felice Cervone

Felice Cervone is a Full Professor at Sapienza University of Rome, with an academic career spanning over 50 years. He previously served as Associate Professor (1980-1990) and Assistant Professor (1973-1980) at the University of Naples. His educational background includes a Laurea Degree in Biological Chemistry (1970) and postdoctoral training at the International Institute of Genetics and Biophysics.

His research focuses on plant-microbe interactions and biomass conversion, supported by an ERC Advanced Grant (2009). As a Fulbright Fellow (1988) and EMBO Fellow (1976), he has contributed to international collaborations in molecular plant biology.
