Federico Navarro is a Full Professor at the University of O'Higgins, Chile, and Director of the School of Education. He holds a PhD in Linguistics from the University of Valladolid, Spain, and a BA in Literature from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. His academic roles include being a Visiting Scholar at Heidelberg University's HCIAS (Alexander von Humboldt Foundation), and a Research Associate at the University of Chile's Center for Advanced Research in Education.
