Federico Giorgio Ferrari

Federico Giorgio Ferrari is an Associate Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Department of Clinical and Experimental Sciences, University of Brescia (Italy). He is a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynecology at ASST Spedali Civili of Brescia and serves on the Regional Commission of Gynecological Oncology in Lombardy. His career includes a long-term Clinical and Research Fellowship at the University of Oxford (UK) in Gynecological Oncology, alongside a PhD in Biomedical Sciences and Translational Medicine focusing on Immunology and Oncology from the University of Brescia.

His translational research spans four key areas: prevention/diagnosis of gynecological cancers, surgical/medical treatments for these cancers, management of benign gynecological conditions, and advancements in robotic and minimally invasive surgery.
