Federico Ferretti

Federico Ferretti is a Full Professor of Geography at the University of Bologna’s Department of Education Studies 'Giovanni Maria Bertin'. He holds academic positions including Secretary/Treasurer/Webmaster for the International Geographical Union’s History of Geography Commission and editorial roles in journals like Dialogues in Human Geography and Journal of Historical Geography. His research focuses on historical geography, critical geographies, and anarchist contributions to spatial thought, with a particular emphasis on decolonial studies and transnational networks.
