Federico Antolini

Federico Antolini serves as a Visiting Lecturer in the Department of Marine and Coastal Environmental Science within the College of Marine Sciences & Maritime Studies at Texas A&M University at Galveston.

His academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Geoinformatics from the University of Iowa (2022), a Master of Arts in Geography from the University of Iowa (2015), and a combined Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Udine (2011).

Dr. Antolini specializes in geospatial technologies applied to marine and coastal ecosystems, with demonstrated expertise in Geographic Information Systems for environmental analysis. His current teaching of MARS 625: GIS Use in Coastal Resources highlights his focus on practical spatial data applications for sustainable management of coastal habitats, erosion monitoring, and resource inventory systems.
