Fay Gertner

Fay Gertner is a Senior Lecturer at Monash University's School of Law, specializing in experiential legal education. She serves as Director of Monash Oakleigh Legal Service (MOLS), a clinical program providing law students with real-world client experiences. Gertner graduated with an Arts/Law degree from Monash in the mid-1980s and has held various legal roles including private practice, associate work at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, and positions at Australian Government Solicitors Office.
