Fawz Kabra serves as Visiting Faculty at Bard College's Center for Curatorial Studies (CCS) and is an alumna of the institution (2013). A New York-based curator and writer, she co-founded Brief Histories—a gallery and publishing initiative on the Lower East Side—where she has curated exhibitions featuring artists including Marwa Arsanios, Jumana Manna, and Ali Eyal.

Her editorial leadership extends to Through the Ruins: Talks on Human Rights and the Arts 1 (2023), the inaugural volume of Bard's Center for Human Rights and the Arts.
Kabra's critical writing appears in Art Papers, Ocula, Brooklyn Rail, and Ibraaz. She has held visiting critic roles at Parsons, School of Visual Arts, and Transart Institute, building on prior experience as Symposia Director for Global Art Forum 13 (Dubai) and The Armory Show Focus (New York).
