Prof. Dr. Fatima Fay Kastner is a Professor of Globalization Discourses and Digital Transformation at the Academy of Media Arts Cologne since 2018. She holds affiliations with Bielefeld University (co-opted member of the Institute for World Society since 2010, Research Training Group member since 2016) and serves as Ambassador for Science and Culture at the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities (BBAW) since 2014. Her career includes lecturing at the University of Hamburg (2004-2010) and senior research roles at the Hamburg Institute for Social Research (2004-2013).
