Farren Keith Clark is an Assistant Professor of Speech in the Department of Mass Communication at Nicholls State University, Thibodaux, LA. A Nicholls alumnus (B.A. in Mass Communication, 2003), he holds an athletic scholarship background in Track and Field and created the C.R.O.W.N. (Colonels Retention of Winners Network) program to support Black male retention. His academic journey includes an M.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Northern Iowa (2006), where his thesis explored Hurricane Katrina narratives.
