Faiza Majid

Dr. Faiza Majid serves as a Senior Lecturer in the School of Banking and Finance at the UNSW Business School, University of New South Wales, where she leverages her PhD in Finance from Universidad Carlos III Madrid (UC3M) to teach corporate finance across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. She has spearheaded curriculum redesigns for core courses including Capital Budgeting and Financing Decisions, Intermediate Business Finance, Behavioural Finance, and Portfolio Management, collaborating with industry professionals to develop authentic assessments that bridge financial theory with real-world applications and enhance student employability.

Her research interests center on corporate finance and its pedagogical applications, with specific focus on Behavioural Finance, Portfolio Management, and Capital Budgeting.
