Dr. Faith Gordon is an Associate Professor at the ANU College of Law, The Australian National University. She founded the Interdisciplinary International Youth Justice Network in 2016 and co-founded the Australian and New Zealand Society of Criminology's Thematic Group on children, young people, and the criminal justice system.
Research Interests: Dr. Gordon specializes in children's rights, particularly focusing on their intersections with criminal justice, immigration law, online harms, and climate action. Her work explores regulatory frameworks for AI and emerging technologies to safeguard children's digital well-being, informed by transnational challenges and localized solutions.

Advising & Engagement: Dr. Gordon's research has been cited in the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child, the Northern Ireland High Court, the UK Court of Appeal, and the Youth Court in Aotearoa New Zealand. She actively collaborates with policymakers and professionals to address contemporary issues affecting children and young people.
