Prof. Eyke Hüllermeier is a full professor at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, Philipps University of Marburg (Germany), where he leads the Computational Intelligence Group. Prior to this role, he held academic positions at the Universities of Dortmund, Toulouse, and Magdeburg.

- PhD in Computer Science
- Habilitation degree, all from the University of Paderborn (Germany)
His research focuses on the methodological foundations of Artificial Intelligence and intelligent systems design, particularly in machine learning, data mining, and modeling/reasoning with uncertain knowledge. He is also deeply engaged in applying AI methods to life sciences, engineering, and economics.
Prof. Hüllermeier is Co-Editor-in-Chief of Fuzzy Sets and Systems and serves on the editorial boards of journals like Machine Learning and IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems. He has chaired major conferences such as IPMU–2010, DS–2013, and ECML/PKDD, and coordinates the EUSFLAT working group on Machine Learning and Data Mining.
