Ewa Krolikowska-Adamczyk

Dr Ewa Krolikowska-Adamczyk is an Associate Professor in Marketing and Events Management at the University of Greenwich, affiliated with the School of Management and Marketing within the Faculty of Business. She joined the university in 2005, bringing expertise from the international corporate sector in marketing and business development. Her research focuses on business relationship management, customer experience, and experiential pedagogies. She co-founded Act1 Education to deliver drama-based techniques for enhancing knowledge transfer in academic settings.

Ewa’s PhD research explored social bonds in interpersonal business relationships, and she has collaborated with students on co-created knowledge projects leading to joint publications. Her interdisciplinary approach bridges her theatre background (BA Drama and Theatre Studies) with academic teaching methods. She has also engaged in workshops at UK and international universities.
