Evgenia Foustoukou is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Informatics at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). She has been teaching and conducting research at AUEB since 2006, with a focus on Mathematical Logic and its applications in Computer Science. She actively collaborates with the Inter-university Graduate Program in Logic, Algorithms and Computation (MPLA) and serves as a collaborating instructor at the Hellenic Open University.
