Evee Perich is a Lecturer in Social Work at the School of Psychology and Wellbeing, University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ). She holds a Master of Social Work (Qualifying) and a PhD from Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Evee identifies as neurodivergent and is an early career researcher dedicated to advancing disability justice, neuro-affirming frameworks, and social justice in academic and practice contexts.
Her research focuses on stigma, gender, NeuroQueering, and Autistic well-being, informed by anti-oppressive practice, queer theory, and intersectional approaches. Evee brings extensive experience from the disability sector, particularly in advocacy and accessible housing, to her work. She currently teaches courses such as SWM5000 Landscapes of Critical Social Work Practice, SWM5100 First Nations Peoples: Decolonisation and Cultural Safety, and SWM5001 Elevate.
