Eva Strawbridge

Eva Strawbridge is a Professor of Applied Mathematics in the Department of Mathematics & Statistics at James Madison University (JMU), where she has been since 2012. Her research focuses on biomechanics, mathematical biology, fluid mechanics, and disease dynamics, with a strong emphasis on undergraduate research and project-based learning initiatives. She holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Davis (2009) and a BS in Mathematics/Anthropology from the University of Alaska (2004).
