Eva Nemes

Eva Nemes is a Senior Lecturer and Acting Head of the Centre of Specialist Postgraduate Programmes in Psychology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of Gáspár Károli Reformed University. She holds a Master's degree in Medicine from Debrecen University of Medicine (1989) and earned a Supervisor qualification at Károli Gáspár University's Institute of Psychology in 2003. Her doctoral studies in an unspecified field are In progress.

• Research Areas: Supervision methodology, experiential learning, reflective learning, group dynamics, emotional intelligence, resilience, and supervision forms.
• European Projects: Active participant in the Leonardo da Vinci ECVision Project (2013–2015), focusing on cross-institutional validation of supervisory competences.
• Academic Leadership: Educational program coordinator for postgraduate supervision and coaching courses since 2010, organizer of national and international supervision conferences (2011–2023).

International Engagement: Has conducted guest lectures in Norway, Belgium, Austria, and Serbia, emphasizing diversity management, reflective practices, and resilience. Holds C1 English and B2 Norwegian language proficiencies.
