Eunice Shang-Simpson

Eunice Shang-Simpson is a Senior Lecturer in Legal Education and Practice at the School of Law, Policing and Social Sciences, Canterbury Christ Church University. She serves as the Faculty Strategic Lead for Equity and Inclusion and Module Lead for LLM Investment Treaty Arbitration. A Solicitor-Advocate qualified in England and Wales, she is a member of the Ghana Bar and an Accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator with ADR Group.

Eunice actively participates in international arbitration as a frequent Arbitrator at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna and contributes to advancing equity and inclusion in academic governance.
