Eunae Cho is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Administration, College of Commerce, National ChengChi University. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of South Florida (2010-2013) and has been affiliated with National ChengChi University since 2022. Her research focuses on work-family issues, occupational health and well-being, recovery from job stress, aging workforce dynamics, and cross-cultural psychology. She teaches courses in Organizational Behavior and Research Methods in Human Resource Management.
