Ethan Poskanzer

Ethan Poskanzer is an Assistant Professor in the Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Operations Division at the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado - Boulder. He holds a Ph.D. from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.A. from Syracuse University.

• Research Focus: Studies identity, inequality, and innovation in organizations, particularly how innovation opportunities can be democratized and made more inclusive.
• Collaborations: Partners with entrepreneurship accelerators, job recruitment platforms, and universities.

Publications: Featured in Organization Science, American Sociological Review, and American Journal of Sociology.
