Ethan Hanwen Li

Ethan (Hanwen) Li, PhD is a Lecturer in the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities' College of Education and Human Development. As a recent PhD graduate (2024) and MEd holder from the same program, his work bridges theoretical HRD frameworks with practical technology integration.
