Key projects include a therapeutic gene delivery system, showing promise in head and neck cancer models and expanding to lung, breast, colon, and pancreatic cancers.
Her work emphasizes early cancer detection and efficient treatment to improve recovery rates. The FIERCELab collaborates with Jessa Hospital and has secured significant funding, including a €700,000 grant from the Limburg Cancer Fund.
