Esther Hilde Laird Eriksen is a project manager for school development at the Center for Lifelong Learning (LUP) within the Faculty of Teacher Education and Pedagogy at the University of Innlandet. A trained social anthropologist and associate professor, she has further education in guidance, school management, and process management.
- Extensive experience as a teacher and manager in upper secondary schools
