Esther Han

Dr. Esther Han is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), part of the College of Liberal Arts. Previously, she served as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Georgia's Department of Public Administration and Policy. She holds a Ph.D. and Master's in Public Policy from Georgia State University (GSU).
