Esma YILMAZLAR

Dr. Esma YILMAZLAR serves as a Research Assistant at Artvin Coruh University's Faculty of Theology, Department of Basic Islamic Sciences, specifically within the Department of Hadith, a position she has held since 2013.

Her educational background includes a PhD in Hadith Studies from Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University (2014-2023), a Master's degree in Basic Islamic Sciences from Uludağ University (2009-2014), and a Bachelor's degree in Theology from Uludağ University (2006-2009).

Dr. YILMAZLAR's research focuses on Hadith sciences and Islamic textual methodology, with particular interest in authentication processes, scholarly consensus (ijma), and the role of textual analysis in evaluating Hadith literature.
