Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Foreign Languages from Siena College and a Master of Medical Science from Emory University School of Medicine’s Physician Assistant Program.
Professor Lepp's research and teaching focus on physician assistant education, interprofessional education, faculty development, and narrative medicine as tools to address health disparities and improve access to primary and preventive care in underserved communities across Georgia.
She is actively engaged in professional organizations including the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA), Georgia Association of Physician Assistants (GAPA), Physician Assistant Education Association (PAEA), and the American Educational Research Association (AERA).
