Erin Justice serves as Director of Clinical Training at The Chicago School's Washington, DC campus in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling department, while also holding an adjunct professor position at Southern New Hampshire University where she teaches practicum and internship classes. She earned her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of the Cumberlands in 2022, following a Master's in School Counseling from Winthrop University (2010) and undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Catawba College (2003).
Her research interests focus on counseling education methodologies, mindfulness practices in therapeutic settings, and student success strategies in counselor training programs. Justice specializes in child and adolescent therapy using evidence-based approaches including CBT, Play Therapy, Reality Therapy, and TF-CBT. Her professional memberships include the American Counseling Association, National Board of Certified Counselors, American School Counselor Association, and West Virginia counseling associations.
