Erin Fisher is a Lecturer in Nutrition & Dietetics at the University of Newcastle's Department of Rural Health, College of Health, Medicine and Wellbeing. She also works as a Clinical Dietitian at Armidale Rural Referral Hospital, where she has been employed since 2008. An Accredited Practising Dietitian, Fisher graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2007 and holds advanced qualifications including a Master of International Health Management and a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and Management.
