Erin Buchanan

Erin Buchanan is a Professor of Advertising at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), a position she has held since 2023. She previously served as a Creative Director at Beardwood&Co. (2016–2023) in Brooklyn, NY, and as an Adjunct Instructor and Thesis Advisor at Pratt Institute (2016–2021). Additionally, she operated her own design studio, Studio 595 (2012–2014), and worked as a Brand Design Consultant (2014–2016).

Her educational background includes a B.F.A. in Advertising and Graphic Design from the Columbus College of Art & Design. Her professional expertise spans creative direction, brand strategy, and advertising design, with a focus on integrating theoretical knowledge with practical industry experience.
