Erin Besler

Erin Besler is an Assistant Professor of Architecture at Princeton University and a Laurance S. Rockefeller University Preceptor. They co-founded Besler & Sons, a design studio focused on architecture, software, and exhibitions. Their research explores architecture as a collective project, emphasizing social, pedagogical, and material aspects of construction and digital media.

Education: B.A. from Yale University; M.Arch (distinction) from SCI-Arc. Previously taught at UCLA’s Department of Architecture and Urban Design, where they received the A.UD Teaching Fellowship.

Awards include the Rome Prize in Architecture, U.S. Artists Fellowship, and UABB Bronze Award. Exhibitions include the Chicago Architecture Biennial, Tallinn Architecture Biennial, and Shenzhen/Hong Kong Bi-City Biennale.
