Erika Vranizan

Erika Vranizan is an Adjunct Professor in Legal Writing at Seattle University School of Law. She earned her JD cum laude from Seattle University (2020) and BA from Western Washington University (2012). As a law student, she served as a teacher’s assistant and lead article editor of the Seattle University Law Review.

Her practice and research concentrate on family law systems, particularly high-conflict divorce, child custody disputes, and domestic violence interventions. She leverages courtroom experience to analyze systemic challenges in family courts.

Her 2020 law review publication advocates for juvenile justice reform, critiquing sentencing guidelines for young offenders through statutory analysis and case studies.
