Erik Aadland is an Associate Professor in the Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at BI Norwegian Business School. With a career spanning academia and industry, his affiliations include roles as Doctoral Candidate at BI (2006-2011), Project Manager at DDB Oslo (2000-2006), and Research Assistant at Norsk Hydro (1998-1999). He holds a PhD (2012) and MSc (1999) from BI Norwegian Business School, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Oslo and St. Olaf College (1996).
